Call for Seed Funding

CrimeLab is launching a Call for Seed Funding to promote interdisciplinary research and initiate new collaborations at UZH.

The funding is intended for preparatory work that will substantially strengthen a competitive application to a Swiss or international funding body such as the SNSF or Innosuisse. Projects must relate to at least one of CrimeLab’s four research pillars – Causes of Crime, Control of Crime, Victims of Crime or New Forms of Crime – and include substantial contributions from at least two different disciplines. In addition, at least one applicant must be affiliated with UZH and assume responsibility for administering the funding at UZH.

Funding of CHF 5'000 to CHF 20'000 may be requested per project. The funds must be used within 12 months of the award.

Applications may be submitted until 30 September 2026.
